SPA is a part of the Harrisburg High School Drama Club. It seeks to provide K-12 students with access to affordable & high-quality summer fine arts opportunities. The program focuses on the holistic growth of the participant, by encouraging their development as both a performer and a person.
To provide high-quality fine arts opportunities for both participants and patrons.
To instill in participants a passion for fine arts, as well as a passion to better themselves.
To create an environment that is positive, safe, and open to all.
K-5 SPA is a one-week camp that introduces participants to the basics of theatre. Activities include theatre games, the basics of acting, the basics of production, character development, and performance. Camp concludes with a public performance of a short show. SPA t-shirt included.
COST: $50 Scholarships Available
SESSION 1: Grades K-2 (May 31-June 4)
SESSION 2: Grades 3-5 (June 7-11)
SESSION 3: Grades K-2 (June 14-18)
SESSION 4: Grades 3-5 (June 21-25)
TIME: 8AM-12PM (M-F)
PUBLIC PERFORMANCE: 12:15PM-12:30PM (EACH FRIDAY)
6-12 SPA is a six-week camp that dives into the intricacies of a theatrical production. Activities include costume design, character development, prop design, set design, and musical production design. Camp concludes with a public performance of a full length musical. SPA t-shirt included

PUBLIC PERFORMANCES: July 9 & 10 @ 7PM

CALLBACKS: Some will be asked to attend the HHS Little Theatre on April 22 or 23 from 4-6.
