At Freedom Elementary, Nicole is a key member of the Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) teams and was instrumental in launching the school’s tutoring programs in math and reading. These programs, supported by a grant she helped secure, have significantly boosted student achievement and confidence.
